Congratulations to Gwen as she regains her European A.C.Sprint Triathlon title. Gwen was first out the water in the 750m swim and held off a strong field in the 20km bike section. Her Orbea Orca delivered her in 4th place to the 5km run well in contention. With a fast transition and a storming run she finished ahead of the field to claim the age category 40-44 championship title once again.
Gwen celebrated with an ice bath to aid her recovery for her participation in the World Duathlon Championship. This run, bike run event is in a weeks time,Saturday 4th June in Aviles, Spain.
